    • Confirmed the customer's complaint and heard an unusual noise from the vehicle. Found the noise occurred when stationary & turning left or right. Performed an inspection of the power steering fluid, and found it was low, which caused the power steering pump to make noise due to air in the system. Performed an inspection of the power steering system, and found power steering fluid was leaking from a power steering hose connector.
